The Ritual

Actually Ellie did something super brave but I first have to write more about the ritual. So most of the time we were really confused about what we should do about the ritual. Of course we couldn’t send Anora there even though she wanted to; Falios and Astria figured out Lutheria would send some creatures and she’d definitely wouldn’t survive even if we got rid of the basilisks. And we were like, maybe Pachinko should go instead? Maybe I should go instead??? I was pretty much ready to!!

But then Pachinko arranged that we’d ALL go there. At the same time. Haha, then finally we knew we could win!! Only problem was that we’d be put on the rock of Ester (that sacrifice rock in the river) without any weapons and stuff because we had to pretend that we were going to let ourselves be sacrificed. I mean I could shoot my firebolts and others could also use some magic but still.

So what we did was um, I guess WAY too much asked but she did anyway: We asked Ellie to come drop off the weapons… And she agreed! When we were actually on the rock it turned out that Lutheria sent some harpies to kill us and I really wondered whether she’d come, but she did anyway!! She even was chased by one but Torag shot it and the harpy came back to us again. I really should have shot it too but I was totally out of it at that moment cause I couldn’t believe she was there doing this for us.

So we killed the harpies and of course the centaurs were wondering what was keeping the basilisks and went to look for them but of course found them dead haha. Especially Pachinko made a lot of fun of that Gaius guy and I’m not sure how smart that was because he got very angry. But anyway since we were at the rock the whole night the ritual was complete and everyone was safe!! AND I kept my promise to Pythor to keep Anora safe!!!

There was a big party afterwards where he rewarded me with his own hammer. I got Pythor’s hammer now!! It’s really fancy but actually really made to make another better weapon which I’ll talk about later. Anyway the party was nice and I asked Ellie to join since she helped us a lot. We were very tired of course and didn’t party very long.
